How do I receive my purchased mockups?
Immediately after your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your files anytime through your Akoya Mockups account dashboard.
What software do I need to use your files?
Our mockups are primarily provided as high-resolution PSD files with smart objects. We recommend using Adobe Photoshop for the best experience, though many files are also compatible with Affinity Photo.
Can I use these mockups for commercial projects?
Yes, all our mockups come with a standard commercial license. You can use them to showcase your designs in portfolios, social media, and client presentations. Reselling the source files is strictly prohibited.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you encounter a technical issue with a file, please contact our support team and we will resolve it.
Are the background colors and textures customizable?
Most of our mockups feature fully isolated objects and editable backgrounds. Check the product description for specific details on layers and customization options for each individual item.
What payment methods do you accept?
